Graffiti Alley Toronto

Graffiti Alley in Toronto, a spot in the city that will open your eyes and put a smile on your face

Streets of Toronto \\ Canon 17-40mm L F4

I wanted to pair my Canon 6D with a lens that I could carry around on a regular basis, something wide enough for city streets\landscape photos but still versatile for a quick portrait here and there. My choice ended up being the Canon 17-40mm L F4, incredible focal length for my needs. On a recent photo walk with some folks from way2ill I got a chance to test out my purchase, not disappointed at all. If you're in the market for a 17-40mm L and want to match it up with a full frame. Go for it! excellent combo

Streets of Toronto \\ Uncle Tetsu

Uncle Tetsu is the talk of the town these days. However I've always heard the same thing from most people that have lined up for hours to try this apparently delicious cheesecake 'not bad not worth the wait though... Uncle Tetsu has also opened (right next door) a Japanese Matcha cafe, with a assortment of goodies on the menu and no line up, this was the way to go haha. Taste of the Green Tea Ice Cream, very refreshing...Matcha green tea cake, solid cake texture with nice taste. Really good with Tea\coffee imo.

Streets of Toronto \\ The Look Up

This particular location is one of the go to for local photographers and honestly I must have seen this on many ig & blog feeds a billion times, but we each have our own reason for capturing. I personally love the reflection I caught coming from the gold glass from across the street, little bit of sun flare and just in general the variety of colors.
